That can be a very individual thing. I draw on knowledge and experience from varied disciplines -- fitness training, "Olympic-style" weightlifting, powerlifting, "Crossfit," bodybuilding -- to create routines that are fresh, fun, challenging, and effective.

*When investing time and energy, it pays to gain the most from
that investment. A good personal trainer puts an individual on the fast track to meeting his or her fitness goals -- more "bang for the buck."
*Personal training doesn't have to be an "every work-out" event. Many clients meet with a trainer once every two to four weeks to learn a new routine, check progress, and have questions answered. It really is affordable!
